Consistency, taste, and freshness are why I stick with Kolache Factory even when it takes longer to get. I always get the right order instead of randomly thrown in cold substitutes like at other local kolache places. I get the jalapeño poppers which are always fluffy and fresh with great flavor. It would be nice if they were spicier though.
Re: packaging - the sticker (when used) isn't really strong enough or just not put on properly so it's always unstuck and open when delivered

consistency is the key word. they always do it right! thr Sausage, Egg & Cheese kolaches are consistently great and the.Cream Cheese kolaches are perfect with coffee a little later.

Very tasty, but the Bar-B-Q BrisketCream SpinachPotato, Egg & CheeseSausage, Egg & Cheese were small for the price. The Kolache of the MonthAssorted Fruit are more reasonable for the price!

ordered a lot of items to get a good idea. If you have nothing around you that serves kolaches, these are fine. But they are so mediocre they don't even match up to your local donut shop sadly. Especially for the price you pay. All the food was cold and felt like it had been sitting out for hours which doesn't make sense considering I had to wait an hour for prep.
if you have a local donut shop, check for kolaches. Probably better quality.
